4-Week Breakdown

WEEK 1: The Foundations & "Tell Me About Yourself"

Activity: Introduction to Storybook. 1:1 practice & initial feedback.

WEEK 2: STAR Storytelling & Tough Questions

Activity: 1:1 and group practice focused on clear STAR stories.

WEEK 3: High-Stakes Simulation & 'Hot Seat'

Activity: Formal panel-style mock interviews and the Live Coaching 'Hot Seat'.

WEEK 4: The Final Polish & Specialist Q&A

Activity: Final Storybook review and Specialist Guest Speaker Q&A.
