Week 1: Business & Competitor Analysis
Students acted as consultants to conduct a full SWOT analysis of Momentum Energy, synthesizing company documents and analyzing competitor data to provide an unbiased business picture.
Week 2: Marketing & Advertising Strategy
Based on Week 1 analysis, students created a complete social media launch strategy, defining target audiences, platforms, content pillars, and key business metrics.
Week 3: Career Launchpad & Articulation
The final week focused on translating simulated work experience into career assets through workshops on CV writing, LinkedIn, and the STAR method for interviews.
