Students acted as consultants to conduct a full SWOT analysis of Momentum Energy, synthesizing company documents and analyzing competitor data to provide an unbiased business picture.

Based on Week 1 analysis, students created a complete social media launch strategy, defining target audiences, platforms, content pillars, and key business metrics.
