The 8-Week Journey to Your Future Career
Our programme is structured into three distinct phases. Click each phase to explore what you'll learn and achieve.
Weeks 1-2
Phase 1: Career Kickstarter
Build your foundation. These intensive first two weeks are dedicated to mastering the essentials of career readiness through interactive workshops and powerful self-discovery tools.

Time Commitment
20-30 hours per week, including live online workshops (Mon-Thurs, 10 AM - 12 PM) and asynchronous group work.
Weeks 3-6
Phase 2: Real Work Experience
Apply your skills. You'll be matched with a partner employer to work in a small group on a real-world business project, gaining invaluable hands-on experience.

Weeks 7-8
Phase 3: Career Launchpad
Secure your future. The final two weeks are dedicated to turning your experience into employment with intensive, personalized support.

Eligibility & Application Process
- 1. Who: Open to all unemployed young people aged 16-24.
- 2. Cost: This is a fully-funded programme with no cost to participants.
- 3. Requirements: No prior experience needed, just a strong commitment to the 8-week programme.
